Payment
Upon receipt of written confirmation of availability of the Villa during the period
requested, you must pay a deposit of 30%. The reservation will be considered valid
only after receiving this deposit. The balance must be paid within 60 days prior
to the start of the rental period. |

Minimum Rental Period & Rates
The minimum rental period is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. The rental
rates are per week. |

Arrival & Departure
The arrival/departure times are as follows:
Arrival: Saturday between 17.00 hrs and 20.00 hrs
Departure: Saturday between 08.00 hrs and 10.00 hrs
Except by prior arrangement. |

Security Deposit
A security deposit of £ 5,000 is to be paid 60 days prior to the start
of the rental period to cover service charges and any damage or inventory losses.
The balance will be returned as soon as possible after the accounts are settled. |

Cancellation Policy
In the event you are forced to cancel your reservation the following charges will
apply:
More than 60 days prior to the start of the rental period - Forfeit
the deposit
More than 30 days prior to the start of the rental period -
50%of total rent fee |
